Welcome to our family friendly club dedicated to Kayaking and Canoeing around the rivers, lakes and shores of the country and generally enjoying ourselves.

We are based at Knottingley, West Yorkshire, with our main focus being on whitewater and touring.

No matter what your experience, age or ability, as long as you can swim 50m, you are welcome to come and join us for a taster session.

If you already have some experience, then bring your kayak or canoe along and join in.

We meet Monday evenings (7pm to 8:30pm) at Knottingley Sports Centre.

Session charges are:-

Adults: £4.50

Children: £3.50

Family: £10.00

As a member you will be given tuition and full access to the club’s facilities.

We are affiliated to Canoe England and the British Canoeing Union (BCU). We are currently in the process of working with Canoe England towards attaining Clubmark accreditation.

Please note the Knottingley Canoe Club is a non-profit making club run by volunteers dedicated to furthering the sport of canoeing.
